When Life Gets in the Way (And It Will)

This course is doable.

The sessions are short,
the structure is clear,
and the material is tested.

But there’s a gap between doable and done. And that gap is called life.

You’ll get sick.
You’ll get interrupted.
You’ll get busy, bored, or just pulled in another direction.

That doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human.

And here’s the pattern I’ve seen again and again, not just in my own life, but in my students too:

You stop for a week… or three, then comes the voice: “I have to start over.”

No, you don’t.

Starting over is the trap.
It’s how one missed week turns into a lost project.
Not because you couldn’t do it, but because you thought you had to be perfect.
And that weight, that pressure, is enough to make you quit completely.

So let’s change the story.

You don’t need to start over. You don’t need to “earn” your way back.
You just need to continue. From wherever you are. Even if you barely remember the last lesson.

You’re allowed to continue.
Even if you forgot where you left off.
Even if your hands feel clumsy and slow.
Even if your schedule’s still a mess.

Interruptions, distractions, busyness, and tiredness are symptoms of being alive.

Plan accordingly.
Improvise when needed. ❤
