Get Started

This module is for anyone who wants to start improvising and already has basic piano skills. You’ll learn how to hold a steady left-hand groove while improvising with your right. Most beginners can do one or the other, but not both. Staying in time and staying creative is hard. That’s exactly what you’ll train here. By the end, you’ll be able to improvise without losing the beat or the flow. You’ll also learn two pieces, including a jazz standard, to apply everything in real music.
