Welcome. Let’s Get You Improvising.

How long do you need to study technique, scales, and theory before you can improvise freely?
How much do you actually need to know?

In my experience, the problem is rarely that you don’t know enough.
It’s that you know too much, and none of it has become music yet.
Knowledge without a foundation is just information.
And information doesn’t make music.

Improvisation is not something you wait for, hoping it will appear one day.
It’s the first thing you should learn. Everything else gets easier after it.

The lessons in this course are pulled directly from my full curriculum and arranged so you can reach free improvisation without signing up for the full course.

One lesson a day, in order.
You’ll improvise sooner than you think.
